My name is Rich. We live in Rhode Island.
I've always had chainsaws in my adult life for whenever the need arises, but basically I've just dabbled compared to most people on this site. Like cutting down not-to-risky trees, bucking for firewood, splitting wood for our wood stove...that kind of stuff.
We just bought 5 acres of "woods" on a small mountain in New Hampshire, with the goal of clearing some of it to install a driveway and a pad for a park model log home.
So, now the tree cutting is a little more serious that it had been to this point. That's where I'll definitely need advice from time to time.
