New Moderator

Hello everyone, I just wanted everyone to know that jokers has accepted the role as moderator. I felt he was a great guy for the job as he is much more diplomatic than me. Also in our poll we had in the off the topic forum, jokers was a fan favorite. Since I was gone over the weekend and many didn't want to behave, I felt like it was a good reason to make this move. I just gave him a basic outline to follow and expect the same from you.

no second names
no foul language
no ads from non sponsors
no direct cut downs (name calling)
no **** or like items (gypo, no nudes of you snow blowing)

It looks simple, but many make it hard. I felt Russ could take the site back to where I have failed. Good luck, Russ (jokers)!!

Hi Russ, congrats on the second vice presidency of AB.
No need to worry boys, since Jokers is one of the clique, we can rest assured we will get all the inside info on the goings on. LOL
Russ, every vice needs his advisors, so when in a dilema, simply call me and I can offer unbiased suggestions on dealing with errant members.
When a member gets out of hand a suspension is in order.
Just to get things going, will you suspend me? That way, I might get some more trees on the ground.

Thanks to everyone who has spoken kindly of me and offered support. To the rest of you.... well I shouldn`t say it, LOL.

Thanks also to Darin for expressing his confidence in me by offering me the chance to help at my favorite forum. I want to support him so that he continues to make this forum available to us. It shouldn`t be costing Darin any heartburn or sleep.

Hopefully I`ll be able to moderate effectively and fairly. Aside from the issues with certain content that Darin has a problem with, the only trouble that I`ll be hoping to quell will be the sometimes vicious attacks on forum members. I`m hoping that my involvement as a moderator will be unseen and not an issue.
