I've purchased a 460 a 440 and an 025 from them this year. The arctic 440 was purchased at a different store that is no longer selling Stihl and was purchased at substantially less than what TCS quoted, so I'm not upset about the arctic saw purchase. I am and have been upset about TCS everytime I go in there and get the dog and pony show about having to stay in business and this is the best that they can do.
I received a memo off forum from a dealer outside of town with prices that mean I'm shopping elsewhere from now on. Shop local and I starve, shop elsewhere and local shop starves. I guess the local shops gotta starve for a while to win back the trust, if they ever can.
