91 is back together (one is for parts)



The 91 is back together waiting for the additional parts, they should be here tomorrow.

It went together pretty good, used the tie strap and my 5 year old son to hold the end cap up so i could get the rod on.

The other 91 is parts only since it has a broken crank and the piston and cylinder is toast.

Great pics Chris. Yep, that's after I cut myself. I see I'm wearing a glove. I usually put one on to stop the bleeding after I cut myself.
I'm thinking there may be something wrong in the order of that thinking though.

Seems like my 71-A has pretty much been the first saw run at the GTG the last year or so, So I asked Gregg to take the honors this year and do the first big cut of the show with it.

Here is about how far he made it before it run out of gas.. . :bang: I knew I forgot something..

Gary was the only one it seems who didn't cut himself open while sharpening his chain.

Chris and I thought that since Wright ended up being bought by Poulan and were part of there history that it would be fitting to bring a few Wright saws along this time. Here is his nice C-70. He also had on hand his S-50G and I had my Wright 100 blade saw along.

Gary with his 5200 bow saw. A 5200 is one direct drive saw that will spin a bow with authority.

John putting some pressure on the Poulan Super 72.

Johns a stout guy and he couldn't slow that gear drive down any. That thing pulls like a Mack truck..

Here's a vid of Mark's really neat Wright (Poulan) blade saw. That saw cut the end of that log is as smooth as a baby's bum.
