Question for the long time plastic poulan owners like 2150.
Got another freebee saw...a 1995 gray craftsman 36cc from the BIL from his town transfer station. Looks like 99% brand new almost not a scratch on it. Fired up on prime. The 3 fuel lines DOA of course. Fixed that. Now, no chain lube. Fixed that...new problem..A leak..first time for me. The chain catch screw is backed out 2 turns max and kind of just hanging there in the chain catch. Well to my surprise the case is cracked and pulled out a bit and leaking chain lube. Was able to gently tap it back in place. I'll be cleaning and epoxying it.
The QUESTION is, have any others seen this too? common or super rare?
