The vent on my 2800 had the valve in the tank with the inline fitting connecting to the vent line pulled through the tank and routed up to the carb and the copper filter plug pushed inside of the line at the end.

Not really. I have a gasket that fits between the muffler and heat deflector. It's triangular with three bolt holes.Looks great, surely they pulled out the old broken off bolt tip end when they ground out the slot to fill weld it.
Do you need me to make you a custom exhaust gasket out of Felpro 3009 for that? as the IPL doesn't show one...

Not sure. I doubt it as it was extremely difficult to see. I figure I'll need to use a shorter bolt on that side.Fine, just assuming/thinking that's why the PO overtightened the bolts in the first place...
Did they get the old busted bolt stub out?
it is a 3/8" LP banana bar. it was on the Deluxe super 25 i just picked up. it does have the single oiler hole on the reverse side.Is this bar regular 3/8 or LP?

Sent from my LG-D800 using Tapatalk
Looks like a top handle Craftsman L.P. 3/8 bar per my googling.
