Could anyone please tell me which years the 505 and 655 were discontinued. Mike Acres site only mentions the year introduced.

I want to say early 90s on the 655
I read it here somewhere on AS

Is there a difference besides the filter cover or is the whole cylinder cover different? U have any spare parts

The one i saw that got sold one eBay came with cover, filter and knob. $76.. Have to have cover for filter to fit. None on there right now for a 3400, 3700 or 4000..

They do look like a better filter setup and was told that it would be best if I was to change mine out.

Thanks you. Acres shows them starting in 88 for the 655 and 91 for the 505

505 is on a jonsered platform same as 2083 I think anyway
455 / 525 / 655 are from the pioneer family
