Nice work Todd.

While I don't have a Micro, I'd assume as a general rule, you would want comp over 120. The higher the better. Reason I say 120, is simply that the ole 3400's run great at 120 and 130-135 is the highest I've ever seen.Bump
OK. If I hear you, I may need to enlarge the bushing area. Not sure I understand "beltsanding the drive side faces"? You referring to the sprocket face so it doesn't bind on the clutch cover?Morning Bob...Almost too hot outside for cutting wood!
Check those other three saws’ sprockets for binding when fully tightened down. No drag at all, even with the brass bushing types.
There should be at least .015/020” sideways shake or slop from side to side to keep dirt & heat from binding them up.
Since available replacement sprockets are all aftermarket Oregon or Herr now, I’ve had to belt sand a couple of sprockets’ drive side faces to get the proper clearance opened back up.
I saw one of those a few weeks ago for $30, can't remember where I saw it though.@Todd Loosli here is a c 2.3 version. https://www.ebay.com/itm/CRAFTSMAN-...938989?hash=item213f2e982d:g:F88AAOSwSEZa71zY
If I come across one cheap you can have it for cost.
