Thanks, yes that’s the one that Todd posted a couple of threads pages back, but it didn’t match the IPL part number. Figured out it was superceded.

Don't have a rare saw but seems like the parts for them are getting rare.

Guess I need to go dumpster diving behind my local saw shops.

Now that's funny and the truthMost of the parts for our saws are in the trash or at my house

Partstree .com and if it's the 2 that go in from the side they do have themGot the 2700 buttoned up and in some wood today. It was a balmy 40 degrees, and the saw ran great. It has a 20" bar on it right now and pulled it through some 12-14" ash with no problems. I still want to put a 16" bar on it, since I already have a 20" saw. It'll be a handy little saw I think.

All it's missing now is 2 of the screws for the top cover. Anyone know a source or part # for those?
If the spring cover disc is there it will not come out just do what Steve saidWhen you remove the starter pulley on a 3700 does the rewind spring come out with it or does it stay in the side cover?
Thanks, will give it a shot.Slowly lift and twist it left and right to help disengage the spring hook from pulley.
