I would go for the 330 it is a better saw with a newer type oiler that is bullet proof. It is also newer and less weight. You are not going to cut anything with a 3800 that you could not do with a 330.
Ok. Thought they were ready for sale.Go back about 4 pages. Todd is testing 1 now hopefully in not too many months
I can’t wait. Hopefully testing will pan out.Not yet, in the testing phase.

Were you talking about the chainbrake clutch cover?I'd take it if it became available

Sharp....what mount pattern of bar did you end up putting on that 380?Anyone have a line on where a guy can procure decals for these saws? I'm looking for the clutch cover decal and the thin one for the air filter cover. Any insider info would be greatly appreciated.
Also interested in a set of inner and outer spikes that are regular profile to replace the goofy factory one. Not sure if there are others from another model that will fit or someone who makes them.

This is the air filter cover one I'm talking about. I have no idea what the one for the Pro 380 says on it.

Hey Steve ,No they are not, I can quit any time I want, but I chose not to. Collecting is too much fun as long as the billfold will let me.

Get all the covers off give it a good dung out and see what ya got. Pull the muffler and have a gander at the piston but it will run sweet on that compression.
A nice solid mag saw now your into the "real" stuff and will be 1 of many many more lol
I can’t wait. Hopefully testing will pan out.
