Dont forget the foam seal when you install the crankcase back. Mine still had the sticky back still on the handle so I knew where it went, how long and wide to cut a new one. I can't tell where yours was.

Yeah the original one came out in pieces, thanks for the dimensions I’ll grab some foam weatherstripping at the hardware store.Dust seal is. 5 x .5 x 6 inches long.
Yeah I bought that for the warn 8000i I rebuilt about a year ago and I still haven’t got around to putting either of them on the truck lol. I replaced the solenoid pack with a contactor, polished the drum, and made a polished aluminum fairlead.I also like the Dyneema winch rope that is shown in several of your photos, I have it on a 5K winch.

As far as that Poulan exhaust port it dwarfs some of my other 80+cc saws and even the 111cc 075!
Interesting. I have never used Parts Tree before. If they have the rings I will let you knowI hope you get them but I have my doubts that Parts tree actually has the rings. If they do though, let me know.
