Well glad you got it running. Did you get the reeds, my sets are on the way, be nice to compare the new ones to the old ones I have.
No I haven't gotten them yet I'm breaking it in with the stock ones. Then I will put them on I want a comparison also. I've never used them before. I have a couple vintage 2 stroke dirt bikes and a couple vintage 2 stroke outboards that might get them if they are better than stock.

I just took apart my 1982 3400.Looked so good I put it back together.Deleted base gasket. I was going to install a 3.7 piston and cylinder on the saw, but damn it runs really strong. If its weaker than my 3700's, it aint by that much.Plowed right through some 24 inch red oak and noodled a whole pile of it.Very enjoyable bucking saw.Not terrible on gas, but not as good as a 590.I'm almost convinced this particular saw out-pulls my 590.

Got my reeds yesterday still breaking in the saw hopefully put it in some wood both days this weekend.

Im in need of a husqvarna 141 or Poulan 2600 carb adapter with good impulse nipple.

I dont do PayPal or Ebay so I'm screwed, NLA, but could send a US Postal money order if anyone has an extra.

Or any ideas on how to fix the broken impulse nipple?

I have a brand new intake & impulse tube, so the adapter is the only thing holding me up.

Bone stock.
No it's had base gasket delete, ported carb, intake adapter epoxied then ported (this was the biggest restriction),ported reed block, cases trenched, transfers opened, 4 degrees exhaust added and widened, muffler matched to exhaust port with tube deleted. I cut up a bunch of 30" knotty Beech with it, the torque is impressive!

I was talking about my 3400, not your saw, LOL.

Show me a pic of what exactly you are needing.

Have parts from this 46cc if same.

Still in the holding pattern, I think it will go forward when the covid 19 is just a memory and the conflicts with whoever are done with.
It was so close and will be again. The 3400 would be the most wanted saw out there and for good reason. The 4000 is awesome and with the ability to make a 4000 out of a 3400 will be a game changer.
I keep my fingers crossed for that day.
