It is my 3400 that I call Green Ripper. It is a 3400 with a 5400 crank and a husky 395 p&c . The flywheel is a stock 4000 that fits on the 5400 crank in the perfect place so that i only had to open up the bearing bore and use a bigger bearing and seal. The rod fit the piston with no modification. Made a intake manifold for a 5400 carb. It is a true master piece of design when you get into it. It has a 4000 muffler on the husky cylinder. I so enjoyed going through the process of making it and running it, it's a Ripper for sure. 20191125_183225-1280x960.jpg

Yes cool.
Not to jump off topic but I was just out a fellas house and in his garage I saw some poulan green poking out from behind some stuff. I couldn’t see the number but I guessed it as a 306. He pulled it down and said if you knew that from the little bit of it you could see, you should have it! Merry Christmas!!076935ED-77C6-48EC-8153-D2DD22311D40.jpeg

Someone was talking about what to do with the oil pump diaphragm on the 3400 ect saws. If you spray them down with ArmorAll and keep them covered in the fluid for 3 to 4 weeks or more they will soften up and be usable again. Ask me how I know cus I did it. 20220415_172108.jpg the one in the picture is new.

Show me a pic of what exactly you are needing.

Have parts from this 46cc if same.

Thanks Kevin.
Just saw your response.

It's not the same.
Even the 295 46cc wont work & they are twin sisters.

Something off a Husqvarna 141, 41, 136, 142 would work.

It's a NLA carb adaptor.

Do you buy from Amazon? They have aftermarket ones for like $6-8. That might work for you. I believe your looking for part # 530-037465.

No I don't.
None of my MASSIVE FINANCIAL FORTUNE (yeah right) is connected to the web.
But on the search for a buddy that can order one.

I'll find one eventually.

I LOVE the small, thin, lightness of this saw & cheap parts associated with this saw.
Excellent selling points to own one.
Everything from Husqvarna bearings/seals to Caber rings.
Rim drive sprockets to Meteor Piststons...

3/8LP to .325...

Chrome bore cylinder, single ring piston, there's a lot to like...

Should make for a nice limb/camp/everyday saw.

Free Poulans are the best. This old S25 was headed for the scrap pile at my shop in town. Piston is perfect, saw is in good shape, I’m sure the fuel line is stiff and probably needs a kit. I did lots of these saws 10 years ago. Time for another View attachment 981843View attachment 981844View attachment 981845
Got one sitting on a shelf waiting on me. It did great for about 1 ric then got all kinds of goofy. Liked the feel of it while is was going tho. Strong for its size.
