Just had a box of mine found on highway where it fell out of the back of USPS semi with doors open.
In Alabama last week.

Cop found it contacted address and ask if theirs and whats in it. He says chainsaw.

Cop opens to confirm and takes to USPS P.O. in town for guy to go pick up.

Lady at counter ask him whats up with all the water bottles. Duh! SMH

In case idiots drop out of back of semis doing 70 down the highway.

Mark, i contacted American Rubber Products and they sent me a 12x12 square of nitrile nylon .006”. It is the perfect thickness. I am working on seeing if my daughters laser cutter can cut this material without burning or shrinking it. If so, then i can draw up the diaphragm and cut lots of them. I hand cut out one for my 4000 and it works great too. I’ll let you know what i find out. If you wanted to send some material, i would be happy to make you some.

A pic of the old Poulan 25DA I bought last year. It runs but not great, need to get the carburetor adjusted on it so I can use it more. Does anyone know how high these should rev? Online I saw 8500, I'm afraid this one is too lean after checking it on my tach the other day and it went over 10k rpm.

I think it's supposed to be 8500 while in in the cut but not positive,10k sounds high to me . You might check the sparkplug, if it's white or gray it's too lean. Should be a chocolate brown.

I am looking for a starter housing for a PP Super 380, or any other alternative that would work on that chassis. Customer says the PN is 530049938, looks like I missed a couple on eBay recently.

What are my other options?

I think it's supposed to be 8500 while in in the cut but not positive,10k sounds high to me . You might check the sparkplug, if it's white or gray it's too lean. Should be a chocolate brown.

It wasn't in the cut when it revved that high.

Gunslinger3r I checked the RPM's on my S25CVA today and it was 9000 with no load. Didn't check it in the cut.

I just sold some to a guy on my FB CRG from IA. S. H. initials also a 2 show clutch. Till he can find spring for 3 shoe one.

My last 2 shells. He bought and for a PP 380. Bet same guy.

Bought his last 2 NOS big poulan intake boots to set back with my other NLA parts.

Least that way in a safe spot with rest till me or someone else needs.

Handles are for one of my echos that came with a plastic handle and rear grip, just come in too. Cant stand plastic handles and switch them to their metal ones. 501 are metal with heavy rubber coating that helps with vibrations from rubber antivibes.

I've went echo for 50cc big time. Trading my like new 61 for another which will be #4.

Simple muffler mod all they need.

Does anyone know of another Poulan model that the clutch cover will work on a 2175 Wild Thing? The cover is damaged at the chain tensioner and I can't get the chain adjusted properly. It's one without the chain brake.

I already told ya in my group I would check my stash sometime of plastic crap.

But to just put it here too.

I would sell ya my whole 2175 with new oem echo fuel lines and carb kit PHO to save on shipping cost. Shipping would prob be close to cost of the saw PHO. 50 bucks for the saw.

I really dont need this thing. Was just a curious thing to measure bore and stroke to see if 36cc. Type 1-5 are by the way.

Used it for cutting some apple wood for smoker then shelved.

Anyone have a source for the nitrile nylon carb diaphragm material? Need to make a diaphragm for my 4000 oil pump.

I bought some years ago. Don;t remeber where. I made a couple and they work fine. Not sure how much I have left but will check.
