Hey John,
Picture 933 is the best picture I think I have seen of your work.It has some great Meaning.

Thanks Mark, I was behind John in my truck and was honking for him to stop, but he couldnt hear me, so I zoomed in as best I could, hence the picture.
Anyway, I put on my ice chains today, and at 350#, each side, my as@hole was spittin donuts getting them started on the tires with a fence rail.
I now have at least double the traction, and can negotiate most inclines and side slopes in this lil bit of B.C.

Although the cleats are a bit worn down, they still grab, especially when I kick in the front diff lock. My JD 540A has nothing on the Mountain Pig.

For the Love of Locust, John, get a grip!
I was tollin' ya, dont ever get sideways on a slope! It's heavy danger!

Hi John, I know what you're sayin'.
Remember when I dumped the F600 on it's side when the hoist broke mid air? The 14,000 lbs of Maple firewood didnt help either.
Since then, I have a healthy respect for sideslopes. Remember when you almost fell off of Montana Mtn., Yukon on your ATV?

Hey John, ya freakin' wingding!

This is what it looks like when I custom fabricate my own tire chains for my JD 848G.

Of course, this isn't really a picture of me, it's just an example that I found on the internet.

Here is a picture of some parts that go into my JD 848G.

Of course, these aren't really parts from my skidder, they're just an example that I found on the internet.

Here's what my brand new JD 848G Gapple Skidder looks like.

Of course, this really isn't a picture of my skidder, it's one that I found on the internet.

Hey Doug if your making fun of me or don't believe that I own a 848 than why the He!! don't you come and find out for yourself I've asked you quite a few times to come by and we could do some cuttin' but instead your talking a bunch of sh!t:angry: I'm sorry I don't have any pics of my chains on the machine but unlike alot of you guy's I don't have a digital camera where I can just snap and download I'm sorry but those are the duplicate chains that I own!

Since you guys are talking about what equipment you have or dont have and/or wish you had, I though I'd put in my 2 cents.
Since I cant afford a new camera, as I drove over mine today, I am hoping that KMC will throw in a new camera for free with my purchase of this 400,000 $ CDN., KMC 2600 tracked grapple skidder.
John
