o28/o8 parts

THIS IS THE MOST AWSOME SITE I HAVE EVER BEEN ENVOLVED
WITH. THIS IS MY FIRST TIME HEAR SO PLEASE BE PATIENT. I RECENTLY PURCHSED 2 028S FROM A HUSKY DEALER THAT WAS THERE WHEN HE TOOK OVER THE SHOP. TOOK THEM HOME AND CHANGED THE GAS AND THEY RAN BUT NOT SO GOOD, ANY ADVICE!!! ALSO NEED A FLY WEEL FOR A 08 ANYBODY FIND ONE FOR ME.

my thought would be that if an 028 was owned by a chainsaw mechanic,and does not run well . it may be a case of these are two, that werent worth the major overhaul they need.an 028 is pretty much a keep on running saw. but anything can be worn out.hope im wrong.

Points or electronic on the 08?

028, check pulse and fuel hoses first. Check spring on the choke shutter, it must hold the shutter back with tension.

BOTH ARE ELECTRONIC, SEEMS THAT THE CHOKE SWITCH IS NOT CLOSIN OR OPENING THE BUTTERFLY VERY WELL. ARE THEY WORTH A TOTAL REBUILD? MODS??
