i recently took my 036 in for oiling problems. also a new chain.
107 dollars oil line kit put inr an oregon chain.
now i took it to him, so i dont know . but was 85 labor, about rite to install an oil line kit. i noticed the mechanic was up there as if he was expecting some grief from me. but it was a done deal, and while id hoped it would be cheaper. i didnt know what he had to do.just curious.

I need to move to North Carolina!

Itemize the bill, so we can pick it apart.

You got a chain, and what else? A pickup line? Was this a Stihl
dealer?

Very smooth Fish, except it looks like Tony went beyond the "pickup line".:D Of course it was a Stihl dealer, a Husky dealer wouldn`t do that sort of thing! Russ

here just about every dealer that handles stihl ,also handles husky.
it was 2 for a stud nut 15 for the chain.
84 for the labor and the rest for the oil line kit.say u think this aint the place to take my work huh.well thats the problem around here .

So Tony, now that the oiling problem is fixed, how do you like your new saw? Sounds like you`re still doing ok with it, money wise. Just had to be a smarta$$ in the earlier reply, especially when I could say something bad about a Stihl dealer, LOL. Russ BTW, my favorite dealers offer both as well.

well joker about the best i can say is it reminds me of the 028. i dont say that about many. as matter of fact it dont weigh much more.good saw. think i mighta got lucky.:)
