I don't need to cut more wood yet (have to wait till after harvest to fall some into the field), all I have is split/stacked. Gotta do something.
So...Out to the wood lot today just to be out there doing. Worked on clearing brush from trees hanging out in his field. Don't need to but I figure it is pay back for all the wood I have taken out of there over the years.
HOT! Started at 7 and quit at 10 when I was spending more time sitting in the shade cooling down than working. Planning to do the same again on the weekend even though the hot spell will continue for another 9 days (temps 90-101). Will set alarm for 5 this time though.
