Last December I had a hot job and needed a new climbing rope real bad. I like to deal with Bailey's as much as I can and was waiting for my order. When I called them about where it was I noticed a reluctance to tell me what was going on and got pissed. A supervisor was provided and I went like postal and they delivered a rope to my business the very next morning ( Like just at daylight). Don't ya know it the other rope was there when I got home from the job. UPS screwed up and misdelivered it !!! Anyway I felt so bad I bought them both (your gonne need em anyway) and Bailey's is still on my "A" List.

You can usually get someone who knows what they are talking about when you call. one of my favorite things about dealing with them.

Ha, you lot should be HAPPY you can get stuff in a day or two...
Try waiting a week, ten days, two weeks to get stuff, even if its been shipped priority...sorry my sympathy meter is way low, so is paying $2.50 for gas and $10 for oil....BE HAPPY!!

Gas is $2.90 here and oil has been about that price for a few years too. But I can get next day delivery!
