Dunno about 5 years in a spendy prison, but I like the lawsuit part except many protesters have nothing to pay a lawsuit with.

I heard about this on the radio the other day but I doubt it'll get off the ground. There's too many liberals in the Oregon legislature.

Prosecute as trespassing. Prosecuting as protest is dangerously close to a First-Amendment issue.
