Pacific NW - worst time of year to transplant evergreen trees ?

hello Team Trees ....5 + or - year old leyland cypress and 5 + or - year old blue atlas cedar .....looking to find out the "worst" time of the year to dig up and transplant these trees in new location .....ie: the time of year in the Pacific NW when digging up & transplanting these trees would = their least likely ability too survive being dug up & moved .....thanks for the education and assist

Are you going to water them?

Tree planting usually takes place in early spring or wet fall. However, with the hot summers we've been getting, fall might be the best time.

thanks for your reply, I'm not looking for the best time to dig them up & transplant them, I'm looking to know the WORST time of the Pac NW year to dig them up and transplant them, the time of year that even with water, they'd struggle to survive being dug up & transplanted .....thanks
