I got a papaya tree around 2 months ago and noticed 3 weeks in that the leaves have tiny black spots and are getting brown for no reason. I went back to the store with pictures, they recommended that i dont water as often in winters and to apply fungicide. Which i started to do, now two months later there is almost no foliage and the tree is starting to change color overall. Not sure if its too late to save it, i will take any advice thank you in advance. Pictures of the said papaya tree.
