partner p85 recoil problems

The coil spring continually unhooks from the starter rope spool. Does anyone have a parts detail they could e-mail. It seems like it's missing something to keep the spring hooked to the spool. Thanks

Is it unhooking from the center or out side?
If it has broken of and been bent it will clime out, if it is not correctly done.
The line weel can be a little worn..
I have no IPL of the large Partners, ans I never even seen one, but this is common problem on most saws.

It is unhooking from the center. It seems like the spring should have a clip or something to hold it onto the wheel. Right now it's just hooked on. I'm wondering if a previous owner took it apart and put it together incomplete.
