I remember a line from the original Star Trek Series where the crew finds themselves embarked upon an alien world where their merest thoughts transformed themselves into reality. Kirk spars with an old adversary from the academy, Finnegan. Sulu conjures up a Bell helicopter and a revolver. McCoy's fantasy of a ménage à trois comes to life with a pair of nubile twins. And finally Cmdr. Spock sums up the understanding of this alien amusement park with this statement.
