You might have heard of this on Ghost Buster's? I think i recall something about it. Its an old abandoned VA hospital up in Spring City.
Right now there is a couple of guys making mulch up there and are accepting stumps, logs, pallets, brush. I just got back from taking a load of crap up there myself. Right now they are not charging but that will probably change soon.
