So, rust stains on top of paint or powdercoat?

Bare aluminum, I might try one of the gentle acids and a soft scrub brush.

Or place a cloth on top, wetted with one of the gentle acids, to let them ‘soak’ a bit.

Third option is a commercial cleaner and pressure wash.

Mag wheel cleaner.

I may give the mag wheel cleaner a try. But most of those have a mild acidic whitening effect. Thx guys.
