Do you know what this means? It's a move of desperation, an attempt to appeal on the basis of "prettier", rather than BETTER. Or even, "as good".

not sure if you are serious or not but will answer as though this was a non smart azz question.

Shindaiwa build great ODPE. A lot of the pro lawn services use them. I think however thay have a problem with disribution a lot like Solo. Their small saws seem to be right up there in quality with Echo. I have not worked on one in the last couple years but the ones I have worked on before were quite nice.

Btw, the admittedly few (just two) dyno test results I have seen on Shindaiwa saws, indicate that they are very optimistic, regarding rated power.........
