Very nice job on the 620S Perry. The 600 series saws are a work of casting art at least in my eyes.

nice... cheated on my 650, but like "cat" colors. only repaint ive done, but just got a 750 that needs too. that will be closer to original...

Picked up a 1560 on Sunday. It's in really good condition and the Compression feels great. Primer bulb is missing. Not bad for $80. It also came with a poulan 361 which has low compression. I hope to dig into the 1560 this weekend but work has been picking up.
There are the 2 pioneers in my collection so far. 1560 and P50

Could someone hook me up with an IPL for the 1560? Thank guys

They are a work of art, they look like there getting to business even if there just sitting still, ahead of their time starting with the ra. Look at an ra then look at a sears David Bradley.... Boxy, pioneer beautiful!

You wish it was a primer bulb. It uses a diaphragm type primer with 2 check valves and a push button.

The clutch was shot on mine and the drum had flown apart rubbing groove thru the gear cover. Fortunately I sourced a new drum and JB welded the cover closed. All is good.

I actually put a carb kit in in and dinked around with it but haven't got it running. Want it? Make me an offer.

I think I have an nos muffler, and some other bits. I might have a new top cover. I'd have to sit down with the ipl, which I don't think I have.

Update on Pioneer s-620 , I put alot of time into this cleaning tracking down parts,I think it turned out great. It runs good starts on the first pull sounds powerful, after I add a couple of drive links to the chain I'll put it to some wood,the original well old chain was so stretched out it was a McCullough the
new chain was to short. I want to give a big thank you to Wagner works for all his help... New old stock look at that top cover- crown jewel. If any of you guys need parts I'd try asking Kris first can't beat the price he's a straight up guy, thanks Kris thanks a bunch! Perry
