Please help identify this chipper

Hello, long time reader first time poster here. My name is John and I just purchased my first chipper. It is a chuck n duck, I just don't know the year make and model. I really need the manual on this b/c the person I purchased it from painted it before I got there and painted over everything, dirt, rust, leaves, zirc fittings, etc. etc. It looks awful. I need to take the whole thing apart, strip the paint off every single piece and re paint the entire thing. I would also love to have the manual so that I know what's what and if I ever need to replace a part, or fix it. The manual box is empty. Any help is greatly appreciated.

I'm pretty sure it's a WC-12, what's what he had written in the description, but there's no markings whatsoever.

Also, does anyone know how to remove the blades/knives from this type of chipper? I see square nuts for the blades in the drum, but they do not budge.
