To Sedanman:

Hi Paul. I'm still looking at those parts. Not dead yet. Guess I'll have to PM Gypo and see for sure what those sprockets are. If they're for 9/16" pitch chain and he has roughly 67" of 9/16" chain, I'll have to see if we can strike up a deal and also see what he wants for a bar oil cap and fuel shut off valve. Looks like he might have enough stuff to almost build a new PM Rocket saw, wouldn't that be different. Wonder if he's got any crank bearings and seals along with rod brgs. Take care. Lewis.

To Gypo Logger:

I haven't told Angelo Trepanier of your find. I can email him if you want and have him check out this thread. He doesn't have the parts book as I previously thought, its the Operators manuel, in french. Looks like you have some guide bar plates, also. Hell, I see everything except a flywhee. Take care. Lewis.

Hi Lewis, throw a deal together for me and you can have the parts you mentioned n/c. All I need for the whole pkg. is a new unused 385 and 357 Sno Pro's. But the stuff must be picked up here. All I have taken out is a Mall Rollernose.

See how I cave in under pressure? I already dropped my price from two new 2100's. But no way will I trade for 2 Poulan Wild Things. lol

Okay.Mr Lambert: you have found the gold mine of parts,for this saw.How some ever,in your preferance of parts,being a knuke,Harley.Knuke heads,pan bottoms,Been there ,done that.Check out easy rider arcihves.I think that"lightning gears",will fit,on a pan bottom.

My apologies, John.

I thought that you were rubbing it in, & I admit to being envious. Also I some times forget that there's a lot of history, both good & bad, between folks in the industry. Take care. Chris J.

Hi Chris, not a problem, however, after I have come to the realization that saw collectors are a bunch of tight wauds, lol, I have hunted down a PM Rocket of my own. I dickered and brow beat the seller till I got it for 40$. Now I can restore my own saw with the parts. I'll just give it a jewish paint job and sell it on Ebay. LOL

The nice thing is all his saws come to me first. Like the Partner 5000 he won a few weeks ago. I had a smaller Partner 500sx here. Both those saws share the same case so I swapped out the piston and cylinder, started and bar covers. You see how this works I gave John my parts. It's like the hulahoop everyone's doing it.
