popping sounds from saws

I noticed saw of the c or Autotune type have a weird popping noise at full throttle. This seems nerve wracking as standard carb saws dont do this.

I noticed saw of the c or Autotune type have a weird popping noise at full throttle. This seems nerve wracking as standard carb saws dont do this.

Might be a rev limiting coil does it do it no load or in wood?
