Hey guys very new to AS but I find it very helpful. I have a poulan 3300 54cc. I assumed it had a .325 sprocket but it's a 3/8x7 pin non lo pro. I realize that a 54cc saw with a 20 inch bar is not gonna just rip extremely fast. But will it pull it ok maybe ? I am currently porting cylinder and doing a base gasket delete. Not sure about advanced timing yet I'm still a beginner. Thanks in advance.

My current keep sake saws are

Stihl 026
Stihl 036
Stihl 028 super ( slow heavy but favorite)
Poulan 2800

Those Poulan 3300 ,Poulan Pro 335 (and others) are really good saws that will cut right there with almost any other 54 cc saw. But, a 16 " b/c would be better. Some of them came with 22".

Great saws.
Dependable?
I've owned 1 over 20 years (still going strong).
Mine are the Craftsmen 3.3 flavor.
I have a couple & 18" is the sweet spot for .325.
I'd go .325 imho.
Oregon rim drive is your friend on these saws (smoothes them up a bit).
