Poulan Pro 505

I have a poulan pro 505, 82.4 cc and it is very similar to some Johnsred saws and is made in the same factory. Can anyone help me with the following:
The manual calls for 40:1 mix, do you think there is any reason i should not use 50:1 with Husky or stihl premium low smoke oil that comes in the black bottles?
Does anyone know what the max no load RPM should be for this saw?

Max rpm 13.5k by the book.Mine is set at 12.75k running a 32-1
mix with an opened up muffler.Seems to have the most power with the rpm set there.

You aren't likely to burn it up running some 50/1 mix through it but Ithink some extra oil is a good thing-I run 32/1 mix in everything. If you want to run 40/ as specified just but your favorite oil(Stihl is yur choice I guess) and mix it richer. -If you are using the little bottle for 1 gallon of mix just use 8/10ths of a gallon with it .

Anyone know what that 505 matches up to? Is it like the old 2083 Partner styled saw?
