Primary boom won't retract

Hi folks: Joined the group looking for help with my 2004 Genie Lift tmz50/30. I can't get my primary boom to retract. It will extend, but just makes noise when trying to retract. I assume the solenoid valve on the manifold is the culprit. Any suggestions? Also looking for a parts source for the above machine. Any information will be greatly appreciated.
