Nice Stumpy. That's a huge difference in that small of wood. Too bad they're not both wearing the same rim.

I know, but Hedgerow said It really didn't make that much difference. Also a piece of 12" hedge wood is about like cutting a piece of 20" oak. That stuff is hard.
I'm still satisfied with my first go at a 7901.

thanks, you need to send the raffle saw down with the dodgegeek bunch to the MO GTG.:msp_thumbsup:

Hmmm......Why do I sense.......shenanigans. Poor saw wouldn't be right after that....

Is that Hedge the same as Hedge Apple? It has a green lumpy fruit, size of a softball, and hurts when you get hit with one.

If so, thats great wood!!!!!

Yep... Would you believe that tree was over 70 years old??? As far as pins goes, switch all ya want, but that makita is still gonna slap the snot out of my stock 7900... It's got that ported 372 anger feel to it...

It was 89 degrees here Saturday... This was the only saw I used to drop, limb, and cut 3.5 cord of Hedge...
The saw fared better than I did...

Sunday was a bit easier... Spent the day pushing brush piles up and cutting the occasional low hanger...
Dolkita and I bonded... It likes to ride the tractor...

Awesome!!!!

I am curious as to how the HD filter setup did for you in that yellow powder.:msp_biggrin: I would imagine it did well but I am just curious...

That yellow stuff is like saw gold...
It makes em' run better...
:beauty3:

Oh, and the filter worked fine, but then the filter on my stock saw does fine too, just got to clean it more often... The HD set up, like a husky, just extends the time between cleaning.

Glad you liked it Hedge, hope the owner is satisfied with it when he gets it in a couple of weeks (he's out of town right now). I know He'll be surprised ;)
