Hey,
Do you guys feel a pull test is sufficient to make a decision to climb and remove a tree. I have a big spruce to remove and it has a large lean. The HO thinks it has leaned over more in the past while. I did work in the yard a few months ago and to me the tree has not changed. No sign of roots lifting.
No access for crane or bucket. There is another tree close to it but not as tall. So no high TIP. I can just chunk it down but I'll be climbing high to make the small drop zone. Sorry no pics
