Help identifying a tree in my yard that has to be removed, is it valuable?

New photos of the leaves. They aren't fully developed yet what's strange is they look like some kind of maple but the tree can't be a maple the bark, trunk and massive height is wrong. Can anyone tell what This Tree is yet? I'll post more photos when the leaves are mature if needed.

Check the branches. If they leaves and twigs are attached like this:

...Then you have a maple tree.

If they look like this:
Then it definitely is NOT a maple.​

Limit your observations to the twigs and leaves, though. Don't bother comparing the big limbs, because that will probably be wrong.

By the way, if you could take a few more pictures, we'd come a lot closer to looking at it and knowing what tree it is.

I hear ya. I just had a new roof installed a couple weeks ago.
