Here’s My Opinion. Had My own Tree service for 25 years, ran 2 Husqvarna’s and 2 Stihl saws. I always ran Stihl Oil in every 2 cycle I had at 50/1 never burned up any piece of equipment! I never tore a saw down never modified a muffler, I just worked my saws day in and day out, as far as I’m concerned every thing else is ********!

You’re doing it wrong. You gotta cut cookies and tear it down every 5 cuts and then report on how well your magic oil is working and how bad Stihl oil is.

My dealer has both Husky, Stihl, and Echo....they have been recommending the Echo Red Armour but say the others are fine too (obviously). Not sure if they make more money selling Echo products vs Stihl or Husqvarna...i haven't had any issues with any of them.

They only have the Startron blue fuel stabilizer/additive, and say its the best and don't carry anything else.

Congrats on the saw, mine has been trouble free for a year, just takes a while to get used to the proper starting procedure when hot, to flip up the red lever up and then back down to set the throttle. Also one time it wasn't running well when the tank got to 1/3 since the fuel filter got hung up high on the fuel line. Its my go to saw for anything 16" or less
