That handlebar angle is my issue with the Jreds......;)

The 2156 is actually about halv a pound heavier than the 361, maybe the bar and chain on the 2156 was lighter than the 20" setup on that 361????
Good point, the 2156 had a 18 inch bar, the 361 had a 20 inch bar. I'll have to handle the 361 with an 18 inch bar. I don't really like the way it feels with the 20 inch bar. The saw seems to lean forward more then I like. My 029 did the same thing when I had a 20 inch bar on it. I put a 18 inch bar on it and it feels a lot better to me. I also handled the 2156 before handling the 361. I'm still going to check out the 357. But I think if I like the feel of the 361 with an 18 inch bar on it then the 361 would work pretty good for me. I'm already used to Stihl's! I also like the idea of a little broader power band with the 361, that's why I was going to get the 353 instead of the 346XP.

The slight toe weight feel of the 20" bar comes in handy when you're in the cut, as it makes the saw cut through with no effort.

The 361 balances just about perfect with an 18" Rollomatic E (not ES), and pretty well with a 15" one also.

For a 20" bar, I want a heavier powerhead (Husky 372xp)..........:greenchainsaw:
