Update. Just when i was putting it all together, i realized that have trashed choke rod.
Will have to continue testing tomorrow once i get the new choke rod. Oh, well.
But everything looks nice and clean now.
I am trying all the plastic pieces to line up, they kinda line up but not perfectly. Once i try it few more times it just may click into place.
