I thought it would be fun to start a new forum going over the rarest of the rare vintage chainsaws. Please feel free to post pics and reasons the saw is so rare. Lets make this a fun and educational forum :msp_biggrin:

i sold one of them on fleebay this year got $124.50 for it

HOE chainsaw. year 1962 HOE, R. & CO. INC. NEW YORK NY U.S.A.
Partner R11 imported and Branded and sold as HOE.

So does this rare beaty run.:heart:

I made this years ago when there was a thread going on another site
about Frankensaws. This was one of my work saws. The carb was just sitting on
there for pics I ran it with the bar and muffler on it but did not cut with it.
I put the work bar and chain back on and used the saw for another 6 months
then sold the saw. I still have the bar and muffler.

I made a video for the fun of it with the muffler on another 066.
