I've had better results using a 1/4 round file on some of my .404 chains than 7/32 .

Heck of a mill and I'm a little.. Ok very, jealous. I'm only just getting into this so don't give my opinion to much weight, but is the bar binding? I don't see any wedges, but you're also not that deep into the cut so I'd be a little surprised.
