Well I tried makin my first post here earlier. It said hi, nice to be here and told all there was to know about me...etc, etc, etc. but for some reason or another it didn't go through and I'm kinda busy and didn't have time to type it all back out again. Anyways I'm a climber for a tree service that clears power lines. The only saddle I've ever used is the one I was issued at work. I'll post a pic of it. I'm needing to get a good one for side jobs though and if it'd be better than my work issued saddle it'd make them 10 hour shifts a lil more enjoyable if ya know what I mean.

That's the one I wear at work. I tried askin my foreman which one I should buy but he's Spanish and I can't understand him too good. About the only thing I understood us that he didn't like a floating bridge because he slips around in one too much and that u need a butt strap. So how about it fellas ? I'm open to any and all suggestions. My budget is gonna be around 350. If I can find one for 250 that's be better. Thanks

Depends

Floating bridge and butt strap really depend on what you like and what you are used too most people i think like having the range of motion that leg straps and a floating bridge give as well as the usefulness that it gives for the more modern split tail systems. However if you like more traditional saddles there are some real nice comfortable options too that beat the old wide-back styles. I was issued an old wide back 4 d ring saddle with the butt strap at the first company i worked for and learned to climb at and I hated it with a passion. The company I am with now issued me a 1rst gen. Sherrill Edge with a rope bridge and I love the freedom of mobility and not to mention the comfort it gives me. however here are some good options in both categories for the price range you put out I'm just using sherrill tree as a all in one place website I'm sure you can find better pricing at a different site as sherrill tends to be pricy sometimes.
