Ever had to rescue a remote control airplane or helicopter from a tree?
I've done one copter and have an airplane to do tomorrow a.m.

LOL. Good for you. Those things can get pricey and there is probably sentiment involved.
Sounds like a $300 job.
Serious?
I know it's a Sunday job but I was thinking more like $150. It's not far from my house. Maybe I'll retrieve the plane, stand on the branch, and see if we can barter some.
I own the 4 rotor AR drone, its got 2 HD cameras, flies 200' up driven from my smart phone and records video to a flash drive. Im using it to do recon on big trees, show homeowners my view....
Ka-ching.
snap, watch me walk....:msp_w00t:
a few times over past years I'll git a call or email, more often for some kid n granpa and easy nuff but not as cool as this bloke still smoking as he does it

been thinkin that be neat idea hows the take up by customers and any issues with poor weather and vision feed playback etc
Talk about being in the right place at just the right time.
for some reason i seem to get all the pet rescue and rc airplane calls around here. i've listed "Pet Rescue" on my website and i guess it's working. now i need to add "Remote Control Aircraft Rescue".
only charged $100. it was worth it. no chip truck, chipper, crew, stump grinder, etc. and the story's worth a lot. it'll sure last longer than the cash.

Interesting, I almost needed someone to rescue a plane out of the windsheild of my car the other day. Dude was flying one in a ball park when he lost control of it and it flew into traffic. I was able to avoid it and I thought he figured out maybe he shouldn't do that anymore but he was still at when I drove through 20 minutes later.
