Replacement tips on Oregon bars

Hi, I'm smoking the replacement tips on my oregon power match bars. I'm running them on a mill. I do a good job of greasing them but they are cooking! The saws oiler is putting out plenty of oil. is anyone else had trouble with replacement tips?? thanks The Hoosier

Is your chain too tight? Or do you mill really dirty wood? John

Never had a tip go bad from milling. Wears the heck out of the rails though.
