Ripping Chain

Can anyone let me know the best ripping chain for a Husquvarna 435e with an 18” bar?

50cc is small for ripping about anything besides fenceposts/ 4 X 4".

That said Stihl 63PMX. Expensive and hard to find but any small saws, or big saws ~90cc with shorter bars.

In essence, the only difference between a ripping chain and what you have now is the angle the top plate is filed or ground. Most chisel and semi-chisel chains are between 25 and 35 degrees, ripping chains are 0 to 15 degrees. The lower angle does produce a somewhat smoother cut, but in all likelihood with your saw/bar/chain set up you won't be producing a lot of lumber anyway.
