I am looking for a roller guide for 33LG chain and have been unable to find one in town. I tried Husky's roller guide that comes with their .325 FileKit, but it didn't fit. Any place on-line that stocks these guides for 33LG chain? Thanks.

You sure about that? The roller seems to work on 34LG, only difference being the tang thickness.

Yeah, pretty sure. It worked fine on some husqvarna chain that I have--slipped on it real easy. It didn't want to go on the LG though. Maybe Husky makes more than one roller guide for .325 chain?

Don't know if this helps, but on the back of the husky roller guide it says H30/S30.

im going to pinkstons [local quality shop]
tommorpw. they have some older guides that the roller is metal... these seem to hold up real good... the box of guides had everthing from .325 to several versions of 3/8 an i think a 404 or two.
let me know if u want me to pick u one up. they are old issue and still 5 bucks a piece.

if u dont need it ,no matter as i was planning on getting a few exstra, anyhow.
heck i even tried some free hand filing last nite. always looks good until i check it after im finished. man my left eye[stigmatism],,just plain off.
