I am trying to become an approved contractor for the local council as people who work in some areas such as Native bot gardens have been wanting to use my services. The thing is that I have to provide a saftey plan and saftey manual. (amongst many many many other things)
This would be all good if I had the $ to pay some consultant to put all this together or if I had enough of a clue on how to do one myself. How do you go about this, where do you start?
I have made a few starts but either get stuck trying to write a novel (without any good war or naked women scenes) or a how to guide for idiots.
Ive asked a few guys for help but at they are also competitors and have been careful to steal theres from other guys its not been alot of help.

Any ideas or suggestions? Are there some basic ones on the net that I could adopt? Any useful sources? NZ doesnt seem to have alot of material about this thing.

E-mail Tom Dunlap.

TCIA has a lot of great materials for people in your boat as well. If competitors aren't sharing secrets, go down the chain, not up. :) Ask someone you know who's out in the field everyday to bring a copy to get some ideas of what to include.

Hey I found this on a osh website in NZ, I missed it a couple of times, you guys might be able to incorperate some of it into your mounds of paper.

Not much of a suprise that the manuals all seem quite simular to each other, Im going to print them all out and have a bit of a scan to find differences.
