Setting Goals for 2001

Ok how many of you guys set business goals?

I don't mean artificial new year resolutions, but something meaningful..

We have thread on how much you make.. should make, can make, will or do make..

We chew on expense side.. cost of doing business..

We all know guys cost money, some of them great others not worth (as I think Jeff said "tits on a bullfrog")..

But.. realistically we need to set goals.. growth wise, financially, etc.

And then figure out how to monitor them..

And adjust if we are not meeting them.

Be interesting to see who does this, and what they use for targets.. how they came up with them.. how they determine if they are realistic or achievable.. and how they determine if they are meeting them..

Or am I all wet.
