Sharpening scratcher chain?

Is sharpening scratcher chain as straight forward as it looks?...Is there a specific angle the teeth are filed at?...Is the center tooth a raker or depth gauge?...Thanks in advance...

This is the best I could do ...The manual is for the Stihl BLK and I have just found one for my KS 43 and when it arrives it has better info I will post it up.
